Order Dispatch

Orders are prepared and shipped from France.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the order and the destination country.

Free Shipping

Shipping is free for orders meeting the following thresholds:

- €75.00 or more for France and overseas territories

- €100.00 or more for the European Union

- €150.00 or more for the rest of the world

Shipment Tracking

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be sent by email once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding pre-orders, bulk orders, or custom products).
Estimated transit times (based on the official delivery times of the postal service):

- Mainland France (including Corsica, Monaco, and Andorra): 2 to 4 business days

- Overseas territories: 5 to 12 business days

- International: 4 to 12 business days

International Taxes and Duties

For deliveries outside France and the European Union (example: the United Kingdom, the United States, and other third countries), we are sometimes required to complete a customs declaration in order to ship your order. Customs taxes and duties may then be levied by local authorities upon receipt of the package. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and are beyond our control.

If the customs fees are refused, the package will be automatically returned to us. The order will be refunded upon receipt of the returned item, less the initial shipping costs.

Please note: lightweight items sent via tracked letter (stationery, small items) are generally not subject to customs declaration. However, parcel shipments (Colissimo) to countries outside the EU require a mandatory customs declaration, which may result in these additional charges depending on the value and the destination country.
